Mufti Abdul Qayyum Khan Hazarvi, head of Dar-ul-Ifta’a under the leadership of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri, is regarded as one of the well-known Islamic scholar, cleric and jurist. His wide-ranging perceptive, knowledge and bold expression of speech distinguish him from other scholars.
